Strongest
Sales and lead qualification
This is the core of what we build and where the system is most mature. It holds a real conversation, asks the qualifying questions you'd ask, captures budget, timeline and intent, and hands you a lead with context attached instead of a name and a phone number.
Works, within limits
Appointment scheduling
Solid for straightforward booking against a connected calendar — offer slots, confirm, send the invite, handle a reschedule. It's deliberately narrow. Multi-provider routing, complex recurring appointments and deep practice-management integrations are not something we'd promise you today.
Early
Customer support
It handles first-line questions from a knowledge base you give it, and escalates cleanly when it shouldn't guess. It is not a replacement for a support team, and we won't sell it as one. If deflecting a high ticket volume is your main goal, tell us on the call — we may not be the right fit yet.
