The specific scope, deliverables, pricing, and timeline for each engagement are outlined in a separate Service Agreement signed before work begins. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a signed Service Agreement, the Service Agreement takes precedence.

4. Booking a Demo

Booking a free demo call through our Calendly link is not a purchase or commitment of any kind. It is an exploratory conversation to determine whether Kaivix Labs can help your business. No fees are charged for demo calls. You may cancel or reschedule at any time through the Calendly link provided in your confirmation email.

5. Terms for Paying Clients

Payment terms, intellectual property ownership, liability limits, and cancellation/termination terms for paying clients are governed by the signed Service Agreement between Kaivix Labs and the client.

6. AI-Generated Content

If you are interacting with an AI Employee (chat, SMS, or voice) on a Kaivix Labs client's website or channel, responses are generated automatically and may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete. AI Employee responses do not constitute professional, legal, financial, or medical advice. For anything important, verify directly with the business you are interacting with.

7. Eligibility

Our services and any AI Employee interface are intended for business use. Individuals under 18 should not submit personal information through an AI Employee interface without a parent or guardian's involvement.

8. Acceptable Use of AI Employee Interfaces

When interacting with an AI Employee chat, SMS, or voice interface, you agree not to attempt to extract, reverse-engineer, or otherwise misuse the underlying AI system, or submit content that is abusive, fraudulent, or infringes another party's rights.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

10. Changes to These Terms

Kaivix Labs may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our website or services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. For active clients, material changes to terms will be communicated directly via email with at least 14 days notice.
